Shipping and Exchange

At Cserve Technologies, we specialize in delivering high-quality digital services such as software solutions, IT consulting, and digital marketing. While no physical goods are shipped, we ensure smooth, prompt, and secure delivery of all digital deliverables.

Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery Only)
  • Mode of Delivery: All deliverables—including reports, files, software builds, and other assets—are delivered electronically via:

    • Email (to the registered client address)
    • Secure client dashboard or shared cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
    • Project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack), as agreed upon with the client.

  • Delivery Timeline: Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and are communicated during the onboarding process. Standard turnaround for smaller tasks is 3-5 business days, while larger projects may take longer.

  • No Physical Shipping: As Cserve Technologies offers digital services only, there is no shipment of physical products. All transactions and deliveries are conducted online.
Exchange & Rework Policy
  • No Exchange for Custom Deliverables: Due to the personalized and project-specific nature of our services, we do not offer exchanges or replacements once a digital deliverable has been sent. This includes:

    • Custom software/code
    • Marketing strategies or reports
    • UI/UX design files

       

  • Rework & Revisions: Client satisfaction is our priority. We offer a limited revision window (as stated in your service agreement or package) to ensure that the final deliverables meet your expectations. Rework is only applicable if:

    • The original project scope remains unchanged
    • The request is made within the revision timeframe (usually 7 days from delivery)

  • Out-of-Scope Requests: Any edits or changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a new service request and billed accordingly.
