Cancellation and Refund

At Cserve Technologies, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality IT and digital services to our clients. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines clear terms to help you understand your rights and responsibilities regarding service cancellations and refunds.

 Service Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel a service based on the terms outlined below:

  • Project-Based Services: Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of the initial payment.
  • Monthly Subscriptions or Retainers: You may cancel before the next billing cycle. Once a new billing cycle begins, cancellation is applicable for the following cycle.
  • Custom Software or Development Projects: Due to the bespoke nature of these services, cancellations are allowed only before the project has entered the development phase.

Refund Policy

Cserve Technologies follows a transparent and fair refund policy:

Eligible Refunds:
  • Service not delivered as agreed in the initial contract.
  • Cancellation request made within the allowed timeframe (mentioned above).
  • Double payment or technical errors during payment processing.
Non-Eligible Refunds:
  • No refund on digital services once the service has been delivered or initiated (including software development, SEO, cloud setup, domain hosting etc.).
  • No refund on third-party tools or subscriptions purchased on the client’s behalf.
  • Change of mind after service initiation or partial delivery.
Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the approval date.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Exceptions & Disputes
  • In case of disputes, we may request additional information or evidence before processing a refund.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for violations of our terms of service or unethical behavior.
